Story #1: The beginning.

well, let me start with a story that i heard before. Back in the early fifties, a boy was born for a very poor family where everybody's future was already determined, either become a shepherd or a day worker, or if he was lucky enough , he would get his own land to plant and harvest each year. As you can expect, nobody was educated back then, education was only restricted to an elite of high ranked people. The country they were living in was under ocuupation but recently gained its freedom after years and years of suffering in all it's horrific images. Therefore, a reform program was suggested to repair the country and strive to make it rise again, and so the main focus of the new government was fixing the educational system and making it possible for everyone anywhere in the country to get an easy and free access to it. However, since it was only in its beginnings, and people were not used to it yet, it has faced a small appeal from boys and nearly no appeal from girls. The boy that i have mentioned in the very beginning was put in a distant school with no hope of his success. But he was like no other of his mates. He was the youngest in the class so he got seriously bullied and rejected by everyone. He was mocked even by his own teachers. He could not fit in, but he was so determined to finish what he started, not because he loved studying, but he was so afraid to go back home and be miserable for the rest of his life just like his family. Just like his own uncle who nobody have ever seen any good coming from him. He was so evil and despised this boy the most. He was drunk all the time. He sold most of his possessions to buy all sorts of drinks that his hands could reach and party all the time and then come back even more miserable than before, laughing at his nephews, cursing them all , fighting with the boy's mother for his father was so naive and obeyed all the uncle's orders; He brought him money, the harvest , the food, cleand up for him, did everything for him and did not even try to stop him from drowning this family and losing all their money. That was pretty much the daily routine of the boy's family. The boy grew so angry and swore to God to make the utmost of his efforts to make a change in his life and get out of there.
